On the left, the blood spots are the pins holding everyting in place... If you look closely, they've written the letter 'L' and and arrow on mummy's leg. How weird!
On the right is mummy's menu for the day. Mummy chose the Apricot Lamb Hot Pot with Seasonal Vegetables for the main course and Custard Filled Brioche. Imagine that! That's the kind of food you order in a restaurant!!! Unbelievable!
Mummy had the epidural, the saline drip and the catheter removed today. Now that she no longer has a constant flow of pain relieve, they have prescribed painkillers, in tablet form, to be administered every 2 hours.
Mummy has been having her physiotherapy treatments. It is definitely a painful and slow progress... but hey! Any progress is good progress!
More flowers came today, these are from Mummy's team at CBA and Chikky's work. Isn't that nice of them?
