How good it is to feel well again!!!

What did I do today??? Well, I had my job interview and I dare say it went well! *crossing fingers* *trying to cross toes*

I hope, I hope that the phone call on Wednesday would go something like, "We would like to offer you the position. Can you start on May 8?" Argh!!!! I can't stand the suspense!!!

Nick was really nice to talk to. I could understand the difficulties he faced with staff and most importantly, I can understand the kind of boss he is. So, I do hope I get it!!! By the way, Nick is a close friend of John & Rima's!! Rima was the one who told me of the position and I'm glad she did. This position would be perfect for me and I hope that Nick sees it that way too.

Well... I took a few shots of the city today to share with everyone...

This was the gloomy day it was... It was overcast the WHOLE day but no rain! *sigh* It's days like this that get you down, isn't it?

My train station. Yucky isn't it? It looks like the American's subway... Unlike the clean and more modern MRT in Singapore, the train stations now DO NOT have rubbish bins!!! It's just as dirty as when they did have them, but what is the bloody theory behind removing the bins??? To cut down on man power!!! So now, they can't blame commuters for litter as they have no where else to throw their rubbish!!! What a silly Country!

I had my lunch of Hainanese Chicken Rice... yum!!! It's not as good as Singapore's, of course, but it came as close as I could find...

As I was walking along, looking for Bligh Street, I thought that this building just looked so beautiful and majestic!!! This is the Clifley Plaze & Tower. I tried really hard to fit the top of the building in it just wouldn't fit! This pic was taken at the traffic light...

I have finally found Blight Street and realised that I was half an hour early!!! What was I to do??? I took a little stroll around and saw this beautifully restored building!!! It kinda looks like an old hotel... Wonder what it is used for now?
